This is a Galah cockatoo also known as a rose breasted cockatoo. Her name is Sidney. I rescuded her about a year ago from a bird flipper that had no info on her. She was very scard and unhappy. She had plucked her feathers so bad. They are bacl now and only her legs are bare. She has not plucked since we brought her home. the person we got her from did not know anything about her at all. I have lived with her for a year and know so much about her. I will share everything I know to help her and her new owner have a easier transition. She does not ever go into a cage. She sits on top of her big cage and she sits on her parrot stands but she nerver goes into the cage. If you make her she plucks her feathers. She never gets into trouble. she does not wonder or fly around. She just stays on her cage. she loves people and company. She says a few things and does a lot of different sounds. She loves to be held and loves getting attention. she likes kids and she seems to do OK with other pets. I have a large cat 5 dogs and 4 lineolated parakeets. she is OK with them but I never let them really interact just living all together. I have a very large cage and 3 different parrot stands for her. She will come with everything even toys whatever food I have and her belongings. I am asking 1600.00 for everything. I paid that for her and her cage. If you do not want some of the things we can work that out if you are interested in her. Must have birds and know how to care for them. She is not a screamer.
