We are 4 clean and sober guys looking for a house to call our own We are in recovery and go to meetings regularly and sometimes go out for coffee with friends of the fellowship We are up in age friendly and quiet for the most part because we mainly work different shifts and we dont want to wake anybody up inadvertently What we need is something like this 4 bedrooms 3 up and 1 down if we can with a full basement( basement doesn t need to be finished) as it will be used mainly for storage and stuff like that Secondly I do need a heated garage in which to work out of for my hobbies If this is your house We will take care of it and I will be taking care of collecting rents and utility monies by the 27th of each month and put into an account in which you only have access to for the 1rst of each month thank you We need this house no later than August 1st of this year
