Whether you re just starting or have years of experience this role is ideal if you re passionate about matching skilled welders with the right opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a positive experience throughout the staffing process. Manage multiple job orders daily from various clients. Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and suitability for open roles. Perform inside sales outreach to potential clients. Recruit through job boards and internal databases coordinating interviews and placements. QualificationsPreferably 1 years of experience with a staffing agency. Experience in recruiting for welding or similar technical roles.
