SALARY 33 272 - 58 226 The ChallengeWe are looking for a skilled mechanic to join our Division 9 Equipment Shop team. In this role you will Perform progressive tasks involving servicing and repairing mechanical systems of gas diesel-powered automotive and heavy equipment. Perform mechanic work at various levels varying in complexity depending on the type of mechanical system. Serve as a Level I mechanic performing skilled mechanic work on systems. Perform preventive maintenance. Install repair tires and tubes wheels and rims cranking systems lighting systems cooling systems fuel systems and hydraulic systems. What You BringA full set of mechanic tools. Ability to perform duties meeting and following all safety regulations. Ability to prepare and maintain paperwork equipment repair inventory and service records. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Strength and agility to move parts and materials to repair and maintain equipment. Ability to safely operate equipment for testing purposes. Ability to demonstrate commitment to providing safe working environment by leading by example. Ability to read and interpret Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals. Class A Commercial Driver s License with Tanker (N) endorsement. (Don t have it Still Apply You can earn it through our on-the-job training within 360 days of hire.). Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. Safety toe shoes.
