This role involves fitting and welding structural components using blueprints to guide accurate layout and assembly. If you have a solid background in welding and structural fitting we encourage you to apply for this temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and growth potential.Responsibilities Blueprint Reading & Assembly Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise layout and assembly. Plan and select the appropriate equipment for welding and assembly. Component Layout & Welding Align fit and position structural components manually or with cranes. Set up welding machines including assembly of tips liners wire feed and voltage adjustments. Perform welding using arc or gas-shielded arc equipment. Pass 2G and 3G weld tests required for this role. Repair & Cutting Operations Dismantle reshape and reassemble products for repairs. Operate cutting torch plasma torch and various saws to cut cope and notch materials. QualificationsPrevious experience in structural fitting is required. Five years of structural fitting experience is strongly recommended. Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to operate welding and cutting equipment safely.
