Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective steps to alleviate production difficulties and improve overall process efficiency. Produce and maintain documentation including work instructions process flowcharts and production reports. Regular inspections will ensure that machinery and equipment are functioning correctly and in compliance with safety regulations. Teach production staff how to operate new equipment safety procedures and procedures. Take the lead in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity reduce waste and maximise the use of existing resources.
