In this role you will support the manufacturing office with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow and communication between departments. If you have a strong attention to detail excellent multitasking abilities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment we d love to hear from you.Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to the manufacturing team including file organization preparing documents and assisting with inventory and purchasing. Accurately enter and maintain data within the manufacturing database while ensuring confidentiality. Monitor stock levels place orders for supplies and track inventory to meet operational needs. Liaise with vendors to research pricing confirm orders and follow up on deliveries. Communicate effectively with clients suppliers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth workflow. Match purchase orders packing slips and invoices for correct quantities and pricing. Collaborate with Inventory Purchasing Agent and Shop Foreman to ensure accurate and timely operations. Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management. Skills Required High school diploma or GED required Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in an office support role ideally within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and ability to learn manufacturing software. Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail. Basic math skills and ability to accurately manage data and records. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Customer service-oriented with a team player attitude.
