As an Assembly Class B Technician your focus will be on ensuring high-quality production through the assembly and testing of various components.Key Responsibilities Assembly Tasks Assemble and fit parts using portable grinders hand tools and power tools. Component Installation Install moving parts such as shafts and bearings bend and install pipes and align gears in gearboxes. Equipment Operation Operate tube-rolling equipment conduct hydro testing and prepare final assemblies for shipment or storage. Manual Handling Position parts manually or using overhead cranes and clean prep tubes for welding. Workplace Organization Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 5S methodology. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the functionality of tools and equipment. Skills Required Experience Prior experience in assembly preferred but not required we welcome candidates with little to no experience. Multitasking Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork Strong teamwork skills and respect for the public customers vendors and colleagues. Adaptability Ability to work cooperatively interchange roles within the department and maintain cleanliness and functionality standards.
