Field Service RepresentativePay 27 hr.Hours Monday - Friday - Day ShiftJob Type Direct HireLocation Catoosa OklahomaJob Description Join our team as a Field Service Representative traveling worldwide to supervise equipment installations resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Travel 75% of the time worldwide to supervise equipment installations and perform on-site repairs. Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems ensuring equipment meets industry and company standards. Analyze performance and inspection reports making recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with Field Service Engineering and other departments to expedite problem resolutions. Maintain detailed records and provide reports to the Field Service Manager and Quality Department. Troubleshoot dismantle and reassemble equipment ensuring functionality according to customer needs. Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure strict adherence to safety requirements. Must-Have Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year of related experience training. Ability to work at heights exceeding 50 feet and operate mobile elevating work platforms. Strong problem-solving skills ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to travel extensively. Job Order 117291
