This position requires strong attention to detail the ability to read blueprints and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel galvanized steel and aluminum components. Assemble metal parts according to blueprints and specifications ensuring accuracy and quality. Solve problems on the fly while managing time effectively to meet production deadlines. Ensure quality by reading and analyzing blueprints and following precise welding techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety and quality standards. Work in a physically demanding industrial environment which includes walking standing stooping and lifting up to 75 lbs. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any issues that arise during production. Must-Have Qualifications 2 years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel galvanized steel and some aluminum. Strong familiarity with welding processes and basic math skills. Self-motivated with solid problem-solving skills. Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential. Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial setting. Job Order 115149
