Blueprint Analysis - Analyze blueprints and technical drawings for mechanical systems to determine the specifications and requirements for components. - Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and specifications to facilitate accurate implementation. 2. Mechanical Fabrication - Perform drilling tapping and plumbing work to prepare and assemble components as per specifications. - Utilize various hand and power tools to execute precise mechanical tasks. 3. Welding Operations - Operate welding equipment to fuse structural components ensuring strong and durable connections. - Follow safety protocols and best practices during welding operations to maintain a safe working environment. 4. Component Replacement - Identify and replace damaged or defective structural components in mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety. - Conduct thorough inspections to assess the condition of existing components and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
