Manufacturing Engineering Assistant (Entry Level) - Canton OH - JOB 24-00759Salary Range 45K - 50K Permanent Position with Benefits. Canton Manufacturing Company is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineering Assistant. They will work or train in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an emphasis on CAD and CNC programming.Requirements Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. Proficient in CAD (Pro Engineer a plus). Knowledge of CNC Programming Working knowledge of machine tools (CNC lathes milling centers and grinders). Basic computer skills. Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines. Good organizational skills and detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong analytical and logical skills. Duties Prepares 2D & 3D drawings and models. CNC programming. Provides quoting estimating costing and analysis. Some purchasing duties. Product documentation and revision (materials labor subcontracting specifications). Long- and short-term projects. ISO auditor. Communicates with office and shop floor associates. Follow all ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions as they apply to position. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
