Conceptual & Detailed Design Prepare conceptual and detailed designs for various types of earthmoving buckets and attachments. 2. Engineering Documentation Create presentation drawings process drawings job work and Bill of Information (BOI) drawings following established engineering standards. 3. 3D Modeling & Rendering Develop 3D models and rendered images based on concepts or client inputs ensuring accuracy and detail. 4. BOM & DXF Creation Create Bills of Materials (BOM) and DXF files using AutoCAD adhering to project specifications. 5. Part & Assembly Design Perform part modeling of individual components and design assemblies following ANSI Y14.5 standards for GD& T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and welding drawings. 6. Engineering Standards Compliance Follow established engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable product design results. 7. Engineering Change Requests (ECR) & Notifications (ECN) Generate and process ECR and ECN for design modifications conduct impact analysis and maintain proper documentation. 8. MRP System Data Input Input data into the computer-based MRP system and ensure timely updates based on approved engineering changes.
