Needed Experienced Accounts Executive to work with UsJob DescriptionResponsibilities- Assist in the preparation of financial statements Support the accounting team in compiling and preparing accurate financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards.- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Oversee the timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers while also ensuring that incoming payments from customers are properly recorded and reconciled.- Perform bank reconciliations Regularly review and reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and consistency identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.- Process invoices and expense claims Verify process and record invoices expense claims and reimbursements ensuring proper approvals and adherence to company policies.- Assist with payroll processing Help with the preparation and processing of payroll ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to tax regulations and deductions.- Handle petty cash transactions Manage the petty cash fund by recording transactions monitoring balances and ensuring all disbursements are properly documented and approved.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Keep all financial documents records and files organized and current ensuring easy access and retrieval for audits or financial reviews.- Assist with financial audits Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation preparing reports and answering queries from auditors.- Support the senior accounting team with ad hoc tasks Help senior accountants and finance managers with special projects reports or other tasks as needed ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.Role Accounts ExecutiveExperience 1 to 4 yearsQualification Any Degree related to Accounting and FinanceSalary From 18K per monthJob Type Full Time Permanent JobLocation ChennaiInterested Candidates can Contact the HR for Further DetailsHR - Preetha63855 80670infohrpreetha29(at)gmail.com
