Maintain Productivity and Documentation Ensure daily account productivity is met documenting and reporting all activities in an organized and thorough manner. 4. Client and Service Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients and the services rendered to ensure accurate and timely charge entries. 5. Account Audits and Reviews Conduct regular audits and reviews of accounts to ensure reimbursement accuracy identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as necessary. 6. Issue Resolution Efficiently identify and resolve patient and insurance-related issues maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process. 7. Quality Improvement Participation Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives by making recommendations to management and contributing to efforts aimed at enhancing reimbursement processes and outcomes. 8.
