Examine the standards (e.g. OK start work instructions visual inspection standard parameter setting records magic square) that are used and displayed in production and report any non-conformities to the relevant Supervisor or Engineer. Content procedure frequency outcomes and response to deviations. Verify that a QRAP is open and being monitored in accordance with the relevant standard and that the stoppage and reaction rules to the defect are being followed.
