(Based on experience)Hours Monday-Friday 7AM-3 30PMJob type Temp to HireLocation Tulsa OklahomaWe re seeking a Quality Control Inspector with 3-5 years of experience to perform detailed inspections and ensure conformance to engineering specifications in a manufacturing environment.What you ll be doing Receive visually inspect count and check in all received items documenting and processing relevant information. Perform a variety of visual dimensional and non-destructive inspections to verify that parts meet specified requirements. Use precision measuring tools to check complex parts for conformity to engineered drawings and verify operator inspection records. Conduct first article in-process and final inspections on machined parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Document non-conformances and make acceptance or rejection decisions as needed. Conduct inspections at outside vendors for machined parts and assemblies. Operate overhead cranes and material moving equipment to transport received items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Inspect certify and perform minor repairs on precision instruments and gauges. Follow safety protocols and hazardous waste handling procedures in compliance with EPA regulations. Ensure work is produced on time and meets ISO 9001 requirements. Must-Have Qualifications Completion of two to four years at a Trade or Technical School or equivalent experience. Proficiency in advanced shop mathematics and ability to read and interpret complex drawings charts and specifications. 3 to 5 years of experience in quality inspection using precision measuring tools. Ability to stand walk bend kneel and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. Good hand-eye coordination (eye test required) and the ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
