Senior Accounts Receivable Callers (AR Callers)Job description We are currently hiring Senior AR Callers for our offices in Chennai. As a Senior AR Caller you will be responsible for performing analysis of accounts receivable data understanding reasons for underpayment days in A R and top denial reasons. Your responsibilities include using appropriate codes to document reasons for denials underpayments providing accurate product service information to customers researching available documentation such as authorization nursing notes and medical records and interpreting explanation of benefits prior to calls. Experience 2 to 4 years in accounts receivable follow-up denial management for US healthcare customers. Salary Competitive and based on experience.
