Architectural Designer Intern Architect Architect (Revit) - Akron OH - JOB 24-00716 Salary Range 60 000 - 80 000 Permanent Position with Benefits Responsibilities All minimum requirements listed for CAD Technician (Revit AutoCAD) Minimum Requirement 5-year Architectural Degree Knowledge of design techniques tools and principles involved in production of precision Technical plans drawings and models. Visit job sites to compile measurements as necessary. A minimum of three (3) years experience working under and either a professional Architect or Professional engineer Ability to analyze building codes by-laws space and site requirements and other technical Documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. Coordinate structural electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans. Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs. Prepare cost estimates contracts bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
