You will assist with knowledge sharing payor and department training and provide support to team members as directed by the manager or supervisor. Responsibilities include training new employees in billing posting and AR resolving routine insurance billing inquiries and problems within departmental standards and following established workflows within the electronic health record system to address correspondence reports and data requests. You will also process financial and insurance correspondence related to billing functions meet departmental productivity and quality standards complete claim edits in a timely and compliant manner and document clear concise and complete notes in the system for each account worked.
