Production Associate (Entry Level) - Medina Ohio - JOB 24-00398Hourly Rate 14 HR (Possible increase after 90-day review) Permanent Position with Benefits.1st Shift 6am-2pm3rd Shift 10pm 6amFast growing Medina Ohio company is seeking to hire Entry Level Production Associates for both 1st & 3rd Shift Operations. Individuals with little-to-no manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply on-the-job training is provided.Requirements High School Diploma or GED ideal. Must be able to read and interpret work instructions. Must have good organizational skills. Must be a good team player with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and quality Customer service driven to meet quality standards and deadlines. Must have good reading skills. Must have a good work ethic. Must have a good attendance record. Past working experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Experience with Tow Motors a plus but not required.
