Ability to mix all types of paint systems and apply these to customer and company specifications. Operate sandblast equipment to customer and company specifications. Masks and feathers old paint in preparation for new paint. MUST HAVE knowledge of required tools and maintenance care. Completes all paint compliance logs. Completes Dry Film Thickness (DFT) readings Psychrometer readings and Surface Temperature readings. Follows all relevant HSSE guidelines. Promotes and supports safety production and positive attitude. Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department. Troubleshoot and provide solutions to manufacturing issues. Verify paint thickness and blast anchor patterns. Requires employee to rarely type and use a computer and other office equipment such as a copier printer calendar telephones et. Requires frequent operation of heavy equipment such as forklift and scissor lift. Participates in group discussions and meetings. Maintains equipment and clean work area.Requirements Must have extensive forklift and scissor lift experience. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and handling materials. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects as the role may involve manual handling. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Must have a valid driver s license.
