We ve just completed a 2-day induction program for a new batch of support workers at Concept Care. Why is this program crucial It ensures our new team members are thoroughly ready to provide top-notch care to our clients. By highlighting the importance of cultivating robust client relationships and skillfully addressing daily needs our goal is to foster confidence and equip support workers with the essential tools to impact the lives of those we serve positively. Post-induction and training the new team member undergoes buddy shifts with a senior team member until signed off. Only after being assessed and deemed competent are they scheduled for ongoing shifts. Our structured induction and training program lays the foundation for the success of new team members.
