Must be skilled in meticulous data documentation and the preparation of concise reports encompassing production metrics rework instances quality assessments and line stoppages. Conducts thorough evaluations of produced items to ascertain compliance with specified standards. Provides clear interpretation of specifications blueprints and job directives to team members while delegating responsibilities effectively. Establishes and refines work protocols including Quality Work Instructions (QWI) to streamline operations and uphold superior work standards.
