In this role you will Audit and approve contracts and grants vendor setups maintenance of suppliers and other projects. Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers and NCDOT field staff to ensure vendors contracts and invoices are set up and paid out following Internal Revenue Service guidelines. Multitask on work multiple job duties. Communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers. Work on projects assigned by management. What You BringExperience with general accounting principles processes and procedures. Experience reviewing work of others and implementing financial policies and procedures. Financial report creation experience using accounting software. Troubleshooting and resolving accounting- related issues experience with effective communication. Computer skills using Microsoft Excel. Education & ExperienceAssociate s degree in Accounting and 1 years of accounting experience or High School GED diploma and 3 years of accounting experience or An equivalent combination of training and experience.
