Now we are looking for the experienced Food Service Supervisor who would love to be part of our lovely team members Employer Eden Bento CafePosition Food Service SupervisorOpen position 2 Responsibilities - Supervise coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare portion and serve food - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation - Establish work schedules and procedures - Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage - Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies procedures and budgets Requirement - Completion of secondary school- 2 years of work experience as a supervisor in a restaurant is required. Wage and working hours 20.00 - 21.00 per hour with 30-35 hours a week.Working Location 450 Lansdowne St. 223 Kamloops BC.
