Check work orders first thing in the morning to plan your day. Plan and schedule repairs update Manager and make notes in Appfolio. Morning check in with Manager to see if there are any issues that need immediate attention.Inspect buildings equipment and systems to identify any issues on your daily rounds around the properties.Notify Manager of any issues that need to be addressed.Update Appfolio app with before and after pictures to document work order progress.Clock in and out for lunch break.Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.Assess heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping painting and carpentry.Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies Apply today and you could start as soon as this week.
