Architectural Project Manager - Cleveland OH - Job 24-00039Salary Range 90K - 125K Permanent Position with Benefits. A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office. The Architectural Project Manager Initiates and manages projects from inception to completion.Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Architecture Registered Architect in the state of Ohio TEN (10) years minimum industry experience. Experience working for an Architectural Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required. Healthcare Design experience is a plus. Must have good work planning team facilitation and financial management skills. Experience Knowledge with Revit. Strong knowledge of FGI NFPA and ICC codes a plus. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have excellent organizational skills. Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook MS Project) experienced Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
