Key Responsibilities Execute roofing installations and repairs upholding the industry s best practices. Engage with clients ensuring their needs are understood and met. Stay updated with the latest industry trends products and pricing. Collaborate effectively with the team to guarantee timely and top-tier service. Collaborate effectively with your crew to complete roofing projects from start to finish ensuring timeliness and quality. Removal of old roofing materials and manage the clean-up process to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Actively participate in roofing installations alongside your team showcasing your roofing skills and expertise. Prioritize and enforce safety measures for both the crew and customers throughout the project duration. Qualifications Proven experience as a roofing installer. Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems and materials. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to delivering quality work on every project. Ability to work both alone and within a team environment. Familiarity with various hand tools including shingle cutters and hatchets. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
