SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an Assistant HR Director for its healthcare client in Geneva NY. This person will be responsible for employee engagement satisfaction and overall organizational success. This role requires a proactive detail-oriented and self-driven professional with a strong background in employee relations and project management.RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee relations and engagement. Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with department heads to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Take ownership of HR projects from inception to completion ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs. Proficiently generate and analyze HR data including employee surveys and exit interview statuses. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 3 years of experience in Human Resources.Knowledge of healthcare industry HR practices. Hold and maintain relevant certifications such as PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP CHHR. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
