Dish-Duer ClothingKey Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the clothing company. This includes recording transactions expenses and income in the accounting system. Reduce operating expenses by proactively auditing invoices price lists. Manage accounts payable by processing invoices verifying receipts and ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers. Track and categorize company expenses ensuring proper allocation to different cost centers or projects. Recalculate different types of charges and identify variances to get refund. Implement landed cost function on GRPOs to value inventories more accurately. Manage employee reimbursement and assist payroll to prepare tax forms. Process hundreds of payable invoices in weekly basis by using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Complete different types of ad hoc assignments (audit freight analysis expense reconciliation etc) in weekly basis Generate financial reports such as income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements as needed. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts prepare trial balance of books maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
