Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Responsibilities Project Coordination Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of various tasks. Documentation Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including contracts permits and progress reports. Client Communication Act as a liaison between clients and project teams ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Budget Tracking Assist in monitoring project budgets expenses and financial documentation. Timeline Management Work closely with project managers to track project timelines milestones and deadlines. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to the project team including scheduling meetings preparing reports and handling correspondence.
