Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees including paperwork completion orientation sessions and introducing them to company policies and culture. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information attendance records performance evaluations and other relevant data. Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Identify training needs organize training sessions and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating evaluations providing guidance to supervisors and assisting in the implementation of performance improvement plans. Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale satisfaction and engagement. Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. Foster an inclusive culture that values differences and promotes equality. Mediate conflicts between employees and managers. Provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies and work towards fostering a positive work environment.
