Monitor facility operations of all systems including mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC safety and waste management. Track work orders for quality adherence to service standards and budgeted guidelines. Assist with planning and coordination of all installations (telecommunications HVAC electricity structural etc.) and refurbishments. Manage upkeep of facilities equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Inspect buildings structures fixtures and furnishings to determine the need for repairs or renovations. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. Work with vendors and contractors engaged for construction projects. Ensure contract work is completed (work completed supplies received etc.) and inspected for quality. Follow up with post-completion punch lists warranty work etc. Keep maintenance records. Establish regular meetings with individual restaurant management to determine maintenance needs and schedule. Available shifts Shift Timings All Available Job requirements Must have reliable transportation Must have a dated valid driver license Proven experience as a maintenance technician. Well-versed in technical engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Experience with carpentry HVAC systems and basic electrical and plumbing required in order to complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance and to diagnose troubleshoot more advanced repairs and maintenance issues. EPA Universal license required Hospitality restaurant experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computers (MS Word Excel).
