We are currently hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager who can provide professional HR services to Pho Hoa Restaurant. Work location 8500 Alexandra Rd 180 Richmond BC V6X3L4Position Title Human Resources ManagerTerms of Employment Full-time PermanentEstimated Starting Date As Soon As PossiblePosition available 1Wage 58.00 to 59.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)Work Hours 30 hours per weekBenefit 4 % Vacation Pay & 50% employee discount for the meals at Pho Hoa Responsibility Manage organize supervise and assess the various functions of the human resources and personnel department in the business Cooperate with the managers of other departments to discuss and organize human resource requirements Manage and keep records of human resources and personnel documentation Organize and develop recruitment procedures and training activities Establish develop and administer human resource policies and procedures Support other departments in personnel policies and procedures Coordinate and participate meetings in employment policies procedures benefits and other conditions Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation Qualification A bachelor s degree in a field related to personnel management such as business administration OR completion of a professional development program in personnel management is required. At least 2 years of experience as a personnel officer or as a human resource specialist are required. Strong organization and time management skills. Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
