Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and promote the company s auto parts effectively Recruit train and manage a high-performing team including sales and marketing professionals product developers and manufacturing staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture. Oversee the management and enhancement of the company s brand image. Plan and execute effective product launches for new auto parts. Develop promotional campaigns to create awareness and generate interest among target audiences. Conduct market research to identify industry trends customer needs and competitors activities. Conduct management on various departments including product launching sales and marketing quality control inventory management and customer relations. Develop and implement efficient production and retail processes to ensure high-quality service. Recruit train and supervise staff. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote company s products increase brand visibility and capture market share. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to employees to foster a productive and motivated workforce. Build and maintain strong customer relationships addressing inquiries concerns and special requests. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the company s products.
