SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Plant Reliability Superintendent for its client in Foreman AR. The person will be responsible for providing technical expertise in maintenance processes drive a robust H& S culture and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Relocation is offered for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and address mechanical incidents using root cause analysis. Provide expertise in diverse mechanical fields and equipment. Implement Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and support CMMS. Collaborate on audits optimize equipment life and identify improvements. Advise on replacement strategies and recommend critical spare parts. Cooperate with purchasing for optimal sourcing of equipment and parts. Roll out preventive maintenance train teams and monitor progress. Lead targeted training programs supporting knowledge sharing. Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments. Drive exemplary H& S performance risk management and incident reporting. Seek technical support to ensure the plant is in compliance with environmental regulations. QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor s degree in industrial mechanical or electrical engineering is required. 8 years of experience in maintenance reliability production management engineering or operations is required. Prior experience in building material operations is preferred. Extensive familiarity with predictive maintenance initiatives and tools (vibration and oil analysis and RCA).
