Registered Surveyor (PS) is desired but not required. Experience with RTK GPS Robotics total station laser scanner Trimble Access Data Collectors and Trimble Business Center. Must have experience working on ALTA NSPS Land Title Surveys. Will be responsible for directly interacting with clientele. Prefer someone with a 7 to 10 years of surveying experience. Candidates must have above average communications skills be highly organized and strong time management skills. Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D (3-D) Carlson Survey and MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule survey work and prepare for field work. Develop scope of work and fee estimates. Administer all surveying projects. Develop survey legal descriptions and plats exhibits for boundary surveys subdivision or easements. Prepare computations for construction layout and subdivisions. Calculate roadway right-of-way and property lines. QA QC field data import analyze and adjust survey field data. Develop budgets and proposals for clients.
