Manage kitchen operations. Clean kitchen and work areas. Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment. Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary food handling practices. Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by the dietitian or chef. Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers. Requirement Completion of secondary school 2 years of commercial cooking experience required. Wage 18.00 20.00 per hour.Working Condition 30 40 hours per week.
