This involves skillfully maneuvering the machinery to effectively mulch trees brush and other vegetation while ensuring the safety of yourself colleagues and surrounding structures. Will conduct routine inspections and maintenance on forestry mulching machinery. This includes checking fluid levels inspecting cutting components and performing necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing land management tasks. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear following operational procedures and being mindful of environmental factors and potential hazards. Demonstrate an understanding of land management practices and environmental impact. Employ techniques that promote conservation and responsible land use ensuring minimal disruption to ecosystems and natural habitats.Requirements Proven experience operating forestry mulchers or similar heavy equipment. Knowledge of land management practices and forestry techniques. Strong commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
