Identifying and informing management of compliance issues HSE risks and improvement opportunities through conducting daily weekly and monthly audits. Investigate HSE incidents identify root causes recommend corrective actions and maintain records. Conduct HSE training sessions for employees. Collaborate with the HSE Supervisor and other team members to enhance HSE performance. Conduct risk assessments for both new and existing tasks and equipment. Innovating on process improvements and managing actions to completion. Training and assisting leads supervisors and managers with their HSE responsibilities. Knowledge of local state and federal HSE regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills.
