The Engineering group is made up of determined self-starters and true team players who are critical to the company s growth and future success.Your role at the Company As a Senior Project Manager PMO you will work with cross-functional team partners to create and implement big technology and automation programs as well as DC build-outs. This post which reports to the VP of Planning & Engineering necessitates knowledge of the existing systems landscape network and company strategy project management strong influencing abilities and implementation planning. Furthermore you will Lead cross-functional teams on significant tech efforts in a fast-paced retail environment projects will involve supply chain automation DC systems such as WMS WES and WCS small parcel shipping systems and future systems that have yet to be defined. Align essential project timeframes and deliverables among Engineering and Operations teams contractors and vendor teams and hold them accountable for implementation through the use of created and communication plans as well as coordinated interdependencies. Motivate internal and external partners to create and build technology solutions and business cases across functional groups or within a business domain. Collaborate with Solution Architects Engineering Team Strategic Sourcing Vendors and Developers to manage project components. Create status reports manage and resolve issues risks and conflicts and regulate project scope and economics. Act as the single point of contact and escalation point for Technical Teams and Engineering.
