This includes setting goals targets and performance metrics. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization to ensure that it meets its goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations including production quality control inventory management and distribution to ensure efficiency and productivity. Assist in Manage the company s finances including budgeting financial planning and cost control. Recruit hire train and develop a high-performing team ensure they have the necessary skills and motivation to excel in their roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met and that customer satisfaction remains high. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the necessary materials and resources for the business. Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards. Implement safety and environmental policies and procedures. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the company s market share and customer base. Identify and mitigate risks that could affect the company s operations or financial stability.
