Prior experience in a customer service role a plus. Strong organizational skills and an ability tprioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints and strict deadlines. Must be accurate possess keen attention tdetail and proactive in pointing out potential issues. Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word Excel) Prior experience understanding product specifications and mechanical blueprints a plus. Previous HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required. Must be self-motivated and punctual.
