The ability to sign up for jobs right from our mobile app JobStack Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 18 Hour What you ll be doing as a HR Assistant Regularly assist with managing various human resource policies and procedures and respond to employee requests and concerns Provide recruiting support and logistics including offers and pre-employment paperwork Process employment verifications and other data verification requests Facilitate exit interviews and provide feedback for process improvements Assist with annual open enrollment process Prepare and maintain accurate personnel records files and reports Communicates effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management outside officials and agencies and the public expressing ideas and instructions clearly and concisely Create reports and provide detailed information related to HR Metrics and business Advise on employment statutes rules regulations and policies affecting staff Available shifts Shift timings -1st Shift (Day) Job requirements Degree Certification in Human Resource Management or related field preferred 3 years Human Resource experience Experience with Ceridian-Dayforce system is a plus Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent written verbal skills Detail oriented and good organizational skills Background check required Ready to take control of the way you work Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today.
