Work directly with the department manager to ensure production and quality needs are achieved. Able to document data and write clear reports (production rework quality line stop etc.) Examines items produced to determine if items meet specifications. Interprets specifications blueprints and job orders to employees and assigns duties. Establish or adjust work procedures (QWI Quality Work Instruction) to standardize good work practices and to ensure quality of work. Responsible for conducting safety bi-weekly meetings.
