Our restaurant fully serves Japanese-style cuisine. Now we are hiring an experienced food service supervisor who is willing to become our valued team members Employer Sushi Hub Position Food Service SupervisorVacancy 1Working Location 4855 Main Street Vancouver BC. V5V 3R9Wage 20.00 21.00 per hour (to be negotiated) and 4% of the gross income for paid vacation per year.Work Hours 30 40 hours per week.Start date of Employment ASAP Responsibilities- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.- Keep records such as the amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.- Supervise serving of meals.- Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff.- Prepare food order summaries for cooks according to requests from customers.- Respond to customer issues.- Train staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedures.- Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant including cleaning dishwashing food storage etc. Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school is required.- Completion of a community college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management or related discipline would be an advantage.- 2 experience in food preparation and service is required.- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.- Good communication skills.
