As a PeopleReady associate you ll benefit from Connections and experience with some of the top companies in your area Great benefit package options Get matched to jobs quickly Competitive pay and steady schedule The ability to see your schedule and track your hours right from our easy-to-use app JobStack Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 17 Hour What you ll be doing as a E - Coating Worker Work with small and large sized aluminum and steel components Hang product correctly on production line to go into the paint booth for powder coating Set up jobs as they change throughout the workday change racking and rows and assemble on the line accordingly Ensure quality standards are being met Sand parts as needed Identify and utilize proper materials to mask parts in moving and static state Display flexibility and motivation to work in various departments of the shop as needed Assemble finished parts after they have been painted Clear line hooks at the end of day and return to appropriate storage space Pack finished product carefully and label with correct shipping information to ensure product is sent out correctly Perform other duties and housekeeping tasks around shop floor as needed Available shifts Shift timings -2nd Shift (Evening) Job requirements High school Diploma or equivalent Display efficient and quality work ethic in fast-paced work environment Detail oriented Comfortability to work in non-temperature-controlled work environment Work well on a team and strive to hit goals as a business Strong multi-tasking ability Background Check Required Ready to take control of the way you work Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today.
