Ensure the store is clean well-organized and fully stocked with fresh and high-quality products. Monitor inventory levels and order products to maintain adequate stock. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries complaints and concerns. Resolve customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability. Develop and manage the store s budget controlling expenses and optimizing revenue. Ensure that the store complies with health and safety regulations including food safety standards. Ensure staff follows safety protocols and emergency procedures. Recruit hire train and supervise store staff. Create work schedules assign tasks and manage staff performance. Requirements and qualification A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the service may be required. Minimum one year of management or related working experience is usually required. Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of store employees. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to inventory and customer service. Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean well-organized store.
