We fully serve a wide range of Korean and Japanese style cuisine in the heart of Kamloops British Columbia. We are now seeking experienced cook positions to join our team for the upcoming summer season. Employer Kamloops Halal Food Inc.(o a Eden Bento Caf ) Position CookVacancy 3 Wage 16.75 18.00 per hoursWorking Condition 30-40 hours a week.Working (Business) Location 450 Lansdowne St 223 Kamloops British Columbia V2C 1Y3 Responsibilities Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef Plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations Requirement Completion of secondary school. 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
